Access Ruijie Cloud or Ruijie Reyee App to set the login password for the device if it is adopted.
Press and hold the Reset button for over 10 seconds to restore default settings.
Ensure that Disable Reset has been toggled off on Cloud ISP.
Reconfigure the network settings after factory reset. If the issue persists, contact the after-sales engineer by visiting www.ruijie.com/rita.
